Als SAP-Trainer:in (angestellt oder freelance) sind Sie maßgeblich daran beteiligt, unser Weiterbildungsangebot in einem Bereich mit hoher Arbeitsmarktnachfrage aufzubauen und damit Menschen den Einstieg in eine attraktive berufliche Zukunft zu ermöglichen.

Deine Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Strukturierung eines praxisnahen Curriculums im Bereich SAP ABAP-Programmierung und S/4 HANA
- Optional nach der Entwicklung des Curriculums: Didaktische Aufbereitung von Lerninhalten für Teilnehmer:innen ohne oder mit wenig SAP-Vorerfahrung
- Vermittlung von Grundlagen bis hin zu fortgeschrittenen Themen wie Datenmodellierung, Schnittstellen, Customizing und Migration
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem pädagogischen Team, um einen modernen, interaktiven und lernerzentrierten Kurs zu gestalten
- Optional: Laufende Aktualisierung der Inhalte gemäß den Anforderungen des Arbeitsmarktes und der SAP-Community
- Optional: Übernahme von Lehrtätigkeiten in Online-Live-Sessions
Deine Skills
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in dem Bereich
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als SAP-Entwickler:in (ABAP, S/4 HANA)
- Erfahrung im Training, in der Wissensvermittlung oder im Curriculum-Design von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ABAP Objects, SAP S/4 HANA und idealerweise in Fiori/UI5
- Freude daran, komplexe Inhalte verständlich und praxisnah zu vermitteln
- Didaktisches Geschick, Geduld und Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Menschen in Weiterbildung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse
