Wir suchen eine flexible und freiberufliche Web-Development-Lehrkraft oder in Festanstellung, die uns nach Bedarf mit kurzfristig anberaumten Workshops und Trainings unterstützt. Ihre Aufgabe ist es, verschiedene Themen des modernen Web Developments in Deutsch und Englisch zu unterrichten und eigene, praxisnahe Module zu entwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben
Durchführung von Online-Unterrichtseinheiten zur Vermittlung von Frontend- und Backend-Technologien (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, React.js) sowie Github/Versionskontrolle gemäß Lehrplan.
Erstellung attraktiver Lernmaterialien, darunter Lektionen, Übungen und Mini-Projekte, zur praxisorientierten Vertiefung der Kursinhalte.
Motivation und Empowerment der Studierenden im berufsvorbereitenden Entwicklungsprozess bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
Bereitstellung fachlicher Unterstützung bei inhaltlichen Fragen und Aufbau einer vertrauensvollen, persönlichkeitsfördernden Lernatmosphäre.
Kontinuierliche Optimierung des Kurses durch Einbringen eigener Ideen, aktive Evaluation und Verbesserung des gesamten Lernerlebnisses.
Deine Skills
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in dem Bereich Programmierung bzw. Web Development
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Web Development mit fundierten Kenntnisse in HTML, CSS, JavaScript und idealerweise in MySQL/PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, Node.js und PHP (oder Bereitschaft zur kurzfristigen Einarbeitung)
- Erfahrung im Training, in der Wissensvermittlung oder im Curriculum-Design von Vorteil
- Freude daran, komplexe Inhalte verständlich und praxisnah zu vermitteln
- Didaktisches Geschick, Geduld und Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Menschen in Weiterbildung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse
