Deine Aufgaben
In dieser Rolle unterstützt du unser IT-Team operativ und hilfst dabei, unsere internen Prozesse auf das nächste Level zu heben:
- Operative Unterstützung des IT-Teams sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner Prozesse
- Hardware-Lifecycle-Management: Vorbereitung der Hardware für Studierende und Mitarbeitende (Installation, Testing) inklusive professioneller Verpackung und Versandabwicklung
- Prozessdokumentation & Inventarisierung: Lückenlose Dokumentation der Versandprozesse sowie Pflege der Bestände in snipeit.io
- 1st Level Support: First-Line-Support bei technischen Fragestellungen und lösungsorientierte Nutzerunterstützung via Jira-Ticketsystem
- Innovation & Automatisierung: Analyse bestehender Prozesse hinsichtlich Automatisierungspotenzialen sowie Konzeption und Implementierung eigener Effizienzlösungen
Deine Skills
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen Betriebssysteme (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der direkten Lösung technischer Problemstellungen
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Jira sowie die Bereitschaft zur schnellen Einarbeitung in neue Tools
- Kommunikationssicherheit in Deutsch und Englisch
