Deine Aufgaben
- Erstberatung von Interessierten zu den Bildungsangeboten vor allem im Bereich IT und Business-Weiterbildungen
- Gewinnung von Interessentinnen und Interessenten für die gemeinsame Mission
- Operative Begleitung der Teilnehmenden durch alle Phasen bis zum Kursstart
- Strukturierte Steuerung der CRM-Datenpflege und konsequente Durchführung von Follow-up-Aktivitäten
- Unterstützung bei der Beantragung von Bildungsgutscheinen und in der Kommunikation mit Arbeitsvermittlungen
- Sicherstellung einer positiven Candidate Experience durch kontinuierliche Erreichbarkeit für Rückfragen
Deine Skills
- Kommunikationsfreude und Offenheit im aktiven Kontakt mit Interessierten
- Motivation durch klare Zielvorgaben und ein dynamisches Teamumfeld
- Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung bei eingegangenen Bewerbungen
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im beratungsnahen B2C-Vertrieb, im Kundenservice oder im Gastgewerbe
- Grundlegendes Verständnis für die Strukturen von Arbeitsagenturen und Jobcentern als Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit Google Tools wie Docs, Sheets und Gmail sowie erste Berührungspunkte mit CRM-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
