Deine Aufgaben
- Eigenständige und Lead-Konzeption, Implementierung und Skalierung von Search-, Display- und Performance-Max-Kampagnen zur Gewinnung hochqualifizierter Teilnehmeranfragen
- Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Skalierung der Paid-Social-Präsenz (Meta & TikTok) sowie deren nahtlose Integration in die ganzheitliche Akquisitionsstrategie
- Volle Budgetverantwortung mit Fokus auf CPL (Cost per Lead), CPA und ROAS sowie die datengestützte Optimierung des kompletten Funnels vom Klick bis zum Kursabschluss
- Ableitung präziser Briefings für das Kreativ-Team basierend auf Performance-Daten sowie kontinuierliche Steigerung der Conversion-Rate (CRO) auf den Landingpages
- Sicherstellung eines lückenlosen Trackings (GTM, Pixel, UTM) und eines sauberen Daten-Inbound-Prozesses in das CRM-System (HubSpot)
Deine Skills
- 2-5 Jahre fundierte Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Google-Accounts und Social-Ads-Accounts (insbesondere Meta und TikTok), idealerweise im Bereich erklärungsbedürftiger Bildungsangebote oder Lead-Generierung
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Interpretation komplexer Datensätze und deren Überführung in skalierbare Performance-Strategien
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis für plattformspezifische Creative-Hebel (Search-Psychologie vs. Social-Engagement) und deren zielgerichtetes Briefing
- Verbindung eines hohen ästhetischen Anspruchs mit einer pragmatischen, lösungsorientierten Hands-on-Mentalität zur schnellen Iteration von Gewinner-Creatives
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch (C1/C2-Niveau) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
