Deine Aufgaben
- Erster Kontakt und Weiterleitung sämtlicher Anrufe für das DCI und unsere Tochtergesellschaften Social Impact School und Frontline
- Eigenständige Sichtung, Sortierung und Verteilung der Eingangspost sowie Abwicklung von Druckaufträgen und Versandwesen
- Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Bürobetriebs am Standort (Post- und Materialverwaltung)
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Units Talent & Culture und IT Support und Operations, die ebenfalls im Büro arbeiten
- Gezielte Informationsweitergabe an die zuständigen Fachabteilungen der verschiedenen Gesellschaften
Deine Skills
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung als Office Assistenz, Vertriebsassistenz, in der Hotellerie oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und sicheres Auftreten am Telefon
- Proaktive Erledigung anfallender administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- People Person mit hohem Energielevel, Drive und natürlicher guter Laune im täglichen Kontakt mit Interessenten und Kolleg:innen
