Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Social Media Strategie
Aufbau einer klaren Content-Logik (Education, Story, Conversion)
Planung und Steuerung von Redaktionsplänen
Erstellung von LinkedIn-Posts, Storylines und Hooks
Unterstützung beim Aufbau von Personal Brands (Founder & Team)
Entwicklung von Formaten (z. B. Serien, Hooks, Storytelling)
Analyse von KPIs (Reichweite, Engagement, Leads), Testing von Content-Formaten und Hooks
Ableitung von Learnings und kontinuierliche Optimierung
Enge Abstimmung mit Marketing, Performance und Produkt sowie Sparring auf Augenhöhe mit der Gründerin und Geschäftsführerin Milena
Deine Skills
Erfahrung im Social Media Management (idealerweise LinkedIn)
Sehr gutes Gespür für Content, Sprache und Storytelling
