Deine Aufgaben
- Durchführung von DaF-Unterricht (online, ggf. hybrid)
- Vermittlung von berufsbezogenem Deutsch
- Individuelle Unterstützung der Teilnehmer:innen sowie Vorbereitung auf Bewerbungsgespräche und Arbeitsalltag
- Training von Kommunikation in realen Situationen (z. B. Schule, Kita, Pflege), Verknüpfung von Sprache und Fachinhalten, Dokumentation von Lernfortschritten
- Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Sprachmodule und Sicherstellung von Qualität und Lernerfolg
- Enge Abstimmung mit Pädagogik, Coaching und Arbeitsvermittlung sowie Austausch im Team auf Augenhöhe
Deine Skills
- Erfahrung im Bereich Deutsch als Fremdsprache (DaF/DaZ)
- Sehr gutes Gespür für Sprache, Menschen und Lernprozesse
- Freude daran, mit heterogenen Gruppen zu arbeiten
- Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Wünschenswert: Zulassung BAMF, Erfahrung in berufsbezogener Sprachförderung, Erfahrung im Online-Unterricht
