Deine Aufgaben
- Aktive Unterstützung direkt im digitalen Unterricht sowie gezielte Wiederholung von Lerninhalten
- Kompetente Hilfestellung bei der Bearbeitung von Übungen und der Lösung komplexer Aufgaben
- Individuelle Hilfe bei Verständnisproblemen sowie wertvolle Impulse für Motivation und Struktur im Lernalltag
- Unterstützung bei der Selbstorganisation und allen administrativen Fragen rund um das Lernen
- Strukturierte Dokumentation der Fortschritte und enger Austausch mit Dozenten, um Bedarfe frühzeitig zu erkennen
Deine Skills
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
- Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Geduld und ein gutes Erklärvermögen
- Wünschenswert: Erfahrung im Bildungsbereich, Studium im sozialen, pädagogischen oder sprachlichen Bereich
